Time and again, I saw the same pattern. Families trying to navigate a care system that is genuinely difficult to understand — not knowing where to start, who to trust, or what options were even available to them.
Some made decisions under enormous pressure without the right information. Others missed out on funding they were entitled to simply because nobody had explained it to them. Bridge Care Navigation was built to change that. We exist to give families what the system rarely provides — clear, independent, expert guidance from someone who understands both the clinical and practical sides of care.
