Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By engaging Bridge Care Navigation you agree to these terms.

Who we are
Bridge Care Navigation is an independent care navigation service operating in the United Kingdom. Contact us at hello@bridgecarenavigation.co.uk.

Our service
Bridge Care Navigation provides independent research, guidance and navigation support to help families understand and access care options. This includes care home research, home care navigation, shortlisting, funding guidance and decision support.

We are not a care provider. We do not arrange, manage or deliver care directly. Our role is to provide independent information and guidance to support your decision-making.

Scope of service
Our service is limited to research, guidance, coordination and decision support. We do not provide transportation, physical assistance or any form of hands-on care. We do not attend care homes or home care settings on your behalf. All communication with providers is conducted remotely by telephone or email.

Independence
Bridge Care Navigation operates independently. We have no referral agreements, commissions or financial relationships with any care home or care provider. All guidance we provide is impartial.

Fees
Our fees are agreed with you in writing before any work begins. Payment terms will be confirmed at the point of engagement. We reserve the right to update our fees with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability
Whilst we take every care to provide accurate and up to date information, Bridge Care Navigation cannot guarantee the suitability, quality or availability of any care provider. The final decision on care arrangements remains with you and your family. We accept no liability for decisions made based on our guidance.

Confidentiality
All information you share with us is treated in strict confidence and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Completion of service
Our service is considered complete when one of the following occurs:

• You have made a final decision on your chosen care provider and we have confirmed this with you in writing
• You notify us in writing that you no longer wish to proceed
• We have provided all agreed deliverables as outlined at the point of engagement

Upon completion you will receive a summary of the options discussed and the outcome agreed. No further work will be carried out after this point without a new agreement.

Cancellation
You may cancel our service at any time before completion by contacting us in writing at hello@bridgecarenavigation.co.uk. Any fees already paid for work completed up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
